Application for Visitor Visa for Domestic Helper
Dear sir, we are a Malaysian family who wish to apply visitor visa for our Philippines domestic helper travelling with us to NZ this August. SHe has created a REAL ME account by filling in necessary details and passport, work permit copies attached.

Is there any other documents we need to provide and do we have to send in her passport? Could you pls advise?

I am a New Zealander living and working in Malaysia and want to get a Malaysian driver's license. The form states I require an endorsement from the Embassy of my country of origin here in Malaysia.
