I am an indian citizen studying in ukraine (kharkov) , i was planning a trip to visit my sisters place , currently working in New zealand.. i would like to know the formalities and documentation procedures regarding the visiting visa and the process of applying for it .

My Ukrainian wife and I were married in 2004. After being married for 2 years my wife applied for a visa to VISIT New Zealand.(Sponsored by me) It was refused. I was so angry I resigned from my job and moved to Kyiv where I now have Residency. Why is it almost impossible to get a visa?
I am a student of Dentistry is currently in Phase II (Course a second) I perfected my studies in New Zealand Question Is it possible to Complete Course third in New Zealand and perfected in all the remaining years of dentistry in New Zealand for information I do in English in the Ukraine if it is not possible, transfer to New Zealand as possible be on specialization allows you to study in New Zealand if the specialization is not accepted now, I am taken with the knowledge that I my nationality Iraqi Is it possible to take the New Zealand Visa from Ukraine

Dear Mark,
I am Ukrainian, I study at University in Holland and I have a Dutch residency.
I have been in New Zealand for my exchange at University for the last 5 and a half month.
Now I am back in Ukraine to see my family.
According to my Uni program next half a year I have to do my internship. i found a great position in Auckland.
So, the bottom line is - I am not sure of two things:
first - what kind of visa do I need?
second - how/ where to do i have to apply?
