I'm fron nepal..currently i'm working in UAE as a housekeeping supervisor..I would like to work in new Zealand. .please can you tell me how I can get working visa.

Sir/Madam I will like to raise a few doubt about my father sir name
( 1 ) At first my father sir name in Indian government service is Sharma
( 2 ) secondly in my academic document I have written my father sir name Ghimire
(3 ) Thirdly in my father citizenship card It is written Padhya and in my passport same Padhya
At last what can I do in this condition
And same case for my mother name except ( 1 )
