Adopting siblings in Samoa.
Hi there - We're looking into adopting my husbands siblings age 17 and 19 from Samoa and bring them to NZ to live with us and a chance of having a better life. Basically, we were told by immigration that adopting and Samoan Quota is the only two options to get them to NZ.
Does anyone have any idea of where to even start?
