Travelling to Amsterdam with 2 pet dogs
I will be arriving in Amsterdam from Canada via a Lufthansa flight from Frankfurt. I will have to exit the airport with my dogs and clear customs between the Lufthansa and KLM flight which I am taking to Kuala Lumpur and I need the proper paperwork to do this. Can you please let me know what paperwork the Netherlands requires for each pet dog. I am flying from Vancouver on Wednesday, July 27 and taking the KLM flight from Amsterdam to Kuala Lumpur on Thursday, July 28. Many thanks for your help with this.

Passport Renewal
Unable to reach you by phone.
Your website is impossible to navigate.
Please I need to renew my passport and need to know where to go in Vancouver for this .
Also ,what is the fee? (nowhere to be found on your site).
Do I need to bring ALL the original document again that I used to obtain my first passport ?
What time and where can I go in Vancouver Canada to have this done?
Can I use any passport picture photographer ?

Your web site is the worst !.....and most user- unfriendly.

emergency travel document
This does not look like it is going to help, but alla:
door een schrijffout op mijn Canadees immigratiepapier (1989) kan ik na vele jaren nog geen PR-kaart gekregen en dus ook geen Nederlands paspoort. Nu is mijn moeder ,erg ziek en ik zou haar graag nog eens zien. Is there any way you can help?

What on earth is the purpose of this website??
PS mevrouw Bakker in Calgary was always very helpful
