I am a landed immigrant in Canada and trying to renew mye dutch pasport to vissit family in Holland in June. Please let me know where I can find the forms or what I have to do or how long it will take to get this done.So far I have not had any luck with going on the net and finding the information ,please help, thank you
I came as visitor to Canada to help my sister who is sick .
i had a visitors visa for 180 days ,but in those 180 days my passport did expire and went to the dutch consulate in Toronto to get it renewed. also i applied for a extension of my staying in Canada for a other 180 days .the dutch embassy informed me that i need a official paper of my extension in Canada .
the Canadian immigration office wrote me a note after 4 months waiting that they can not authorize my extension because my passport is out of date.
The dutch embassy told me that they can not give me anew passport because of my now illegal stay in Canada.
now i have to leave Canada but can not leave because i have no passport
i did pay all my legal payments to get my extension and my new passport but now i do not know anymore what to do.
i feel now as a fugitive without nationality. and have to be in the beginning of April in Holland for family reason.
please tell me what i have to do to get my new passport
my email is peterjansen6@gmail.com
thank you
Sir/Madam:As permanent resident of canada transiting via amsterdam airport requires no transit visa. But lately some airline recommend to have one.Due to few days remains for family to travel-is there any flexibility in your laid down procedure to expedite/issue transit visa(if they apply in person) so they can travel on time.
