A Brazilian friend is in Cape Town and plans to apply for a Partnership Visum to live with her companion in Holland. She asks me to find out if she can visit him as a tourist during the period that her application for Partner Visum is being processed. Or, should she return to Brazil and stay in Brazil until the Visum has been granted.
