My Dutch passport expired 24 september 2009 in St. Maarten at the Census office they put holes in it.
Can I get it renew?

Gm we hebben Nederlands paspoort wonen in Puerto Rico . Zijn ook geregeld in nederland op vakantie .Kunnen we ons paspoort ook in Nederland bij Amerikaanse consulaat in amsterdam vernieuwen?
