My grandson is applying to renew his Dutch passport.He obtained is first dutch passport when he was under 18. He is now 20 years old and a second year university student.
He lives with his mother who pays for his studies.
Is he still under guardianship?
How long will it take a Dutch passport renewed?

I work as an Educator at a primary school in centurion and we are hosting a fundraising event in two weeks from now called the "Foods of the World" and selected Netherland as one of the countries whose food we would like to promote and sell.
I would hereby want to humbly ask for any kind of assistance in this matter even if its just some decorations to make this stall stand out above the rest.

I HAVE A DUTCH PASSPORT WITH MY 3 CHILDREN IN IT AND IT EXPIRED IN 20 OCT 2011. WILL THERE BE A PROBLEM FOR ME TO RENEW IT,
