In the Interests of North Korea
Your Royal Majesty: The current situation regarding North Korea can, in my opinion, be helped tremendously with policy balancing in an effort to lower the risks associated with military mobilization. These kind of things are a concern for all Nations. First, the North can capitalize on Uranium Industrial Holdings with managed business paper derivitive strategies, just like portfolio managers do with silver futures and corporate stock. Should I go on?? Second, the North could approach a joint space program venture with China, using the new technology of launching an orbiter from a heavy aircraft. With this system, the North and China could operate the space program more or less within the borders. I have many ideas to keep the peace, but I believe soundly in using Uranium for capitalization instead of military needs; and, a modern space program utilizing new methods. Rockets are antiques. I am sure that you prefer peaceful resolutions about everything, so I thought that I would post this message for you to review. Thank you , Tom Makin
