Im in here in Netherlands for almost 1 year ...Its not possible for all if you ask for permanent visa as you dont have dutch partner and even you have a dutch partner you undergo procedure :

For MVV visa requirements :
1.) Your bf apply for your MVV visa in Netherlands with a lot of requirements normally he will go in IND office to apply for MVV visa for you . He will pay everything what its cost and he needs to wait the positive result in 3-4 weeks from the IND , and if you get positive answer from IND then he advice on you to proceed , but he get negative answer that means you will deny.
2. Inburgerign exam ( you will need to pass this exam in order your allowed to proceed the MVV visa, and if happen you didnt pass , you have to retake the exam with another 350 euro pay again so becareful)
You may require to take inburgering exam in netherlands embassy philippines . The exam cost 350 euro.
This very hard for you because you dont know the dutch exam . All you need is to study dutch course for at least 6 months before you take the exam ask your partner to send you a naar nederland book so you can learn before you take exam so its not waste of money for you.
I advice you to read the embassy site you will get lots of information .
#For those who ask tourist visa and marrying#
its easy to get tourist visa your partner sponsor your trip .. your partner ask the sponsorship letter in his own city hall where he live and he send that to you with all the documents that you needed in order you can obtain the visa . In yourself requirement besure that you return back to philippines thats the important for the tourist only.
If you talk about marriage thats take to long , its very long procedure and its very difficult first thing to do for those who had dutch bf ..... MVV visa is good for you . When you have MVV visa and your already in holland thats the time you proceed your marriage plan .

hello i would like to know how to get fiance visa in netherlands to stay in 90'days. galing na yung boyfriend ko dito sa pinas. na meet na nya parents ko last year september 4... kailangan ba talaga na kaming dalawa ang pupunta sa dutch embassy para masigurado na mag fiance kaming dalawa para ma approved yung fiance visa ko for 90 days? may mga picture naman kami pati parents ko. ipapakita ko nalang sa embassy. thanks!
