We do have a much more integral and professional Dutch Hon. Consulate in Guyana. His name is Hon. Dr. Peter De-Groot.
His address is 24-Water St. Georgetown.

P. E. Fredricks, former Dutch consulate in Guyana, was involved in the scam of Dutch passports fraud, where he smuggled some 23-non Dutch Guyanese born citizens into the Netherlands under false names with original Dutch-European passports.
