excellent service
Last year, I suddenly realised that my passport had expired and that I wouldn't be able to fly without a new one. I called the consulate and they told me to come in asap. They immediately arranged for a new passport (which had to go via Berlin) and I had my new passport within 3 or 4 days. Thank you very much for going beyond the call of duty. :-)
