re. legalisation of birthcertificate
17 pgs->Since the report states that a few questions are asked and filled in using the very passport or birth-certificate, and after paying fees and conclusion, people are free to fill in the second part or not. What question-form is this?
Where can one acquire one?
Can fees be payed in the Netherlands since the embassy does resort under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs?
Why can't authographs not be compared in the Netherlands given all modern technology? An option open to Dutch nationals/expats. Should Art. 1 Gr.W not apply here?
Can an individual issue a verfication request so as to expediate legalisation, instead of trying to conjure up circumstantial evidence for f.i. the IND?
Obviously they should have intitiated a verification procedure?
I presume all incurred costs can be claimed from them?
No actual natural law underlies the process, and since it is rather a black box policy, that can not be verified by the applicant - lacking verifiable grounds no appeal to the court is open -, and prone to change, 'I managed to thouroughly confuse me.'
Any clarity would be appreciated. Allowing DHL would be a great improvement, afterall the remaining important questions will be asked in the Netherlands afterward! Thank you for baring with me.

re.: legalisation of birthcertificate
The head of consular services,
or whom it may concern.
Madam Verburg,
Could you inform me - sad to add, rather urgently given a naturalisation procedure and the particular document's validity expiring (note the IND states thus, but given the procedure, how ever long it takes, documents are to be considered valid i.e. fall within the fiction of the 6 month period.)with to that the added costs, envisage iteration of the procedure to request and legalise valid Sierra Leonean documents, as to that why would an 'attestation of true copy' not suffice?- about the proper and only way to get a request to legalise accepted by mail or DHL? Since I read that the bulk of applications arrives that way and are indeed processed, taking about 17 minutes in all, the website however suggests request by mail or DHL are in vain.
Given the expense allready incurred for various procedures and Inburgering, it seems excessive to demand of people to travel all the way to Ghana, if they can travel healthwise, or leave there precious document in the hand of some 'Agency'. DHL is secure, the 'agency' an unknown quantity.
Are people really expected to phone all around Accra to procure such an individual, as in judge the reliablity of the person, and to entrust this person with at least one source document!
Is there any option open for the High Commissionair of Sierra Leone in Accra to mediate? (On this site too)
Is it really necessary to fill in the questionair intended for Ghanean nationals, as in all 17 pages of it?
If done so by mail as is provided, why would a personal appearance be needed?
Unless, not legalisation but verification is in order! That however can be started in Holland.
