can birth certificate be legalized more than once.
my brother legalized his Bachelor's and birth certificate in 2010 in order to regularlise his stay in Holland. For some reason he couldn't initiate the process. He now wants to start the process. Can he still use the birth cert to process it or he has to go for a one and legalize it before the process

I would like to know how to get an appointment date for 19th or 20th August for me , my wife and daughter but it seems the days are all red. We are to attend the IBC Exhibition in Amsterdam on the 11th to 14th September.
What shall we do?
