i lost my passport how long it takes to make a new passport in japan
For nepali licence verification how much it cost and what necessary document send from me for veriification please now in japan but japan office want and said me to bring nepali licence verification from tokiyo so

Dear sir,I am arun from nagoya yatomi, i went to hirabari driving licence department to apply for japanese driving licence but they refused to accept my documents saying that you need to bring neplese smart licence to get japanese licence. Now the problem is how to get smart licence from japan and my driving licence is about to expire. So please tell me how to get rewnewed of my licence and get smart licence too. Please reply me as soon possible.
