Belraus VISA Dis-honored, Rejected and Reloaded Nepali Businessman &Asia Head Trainer at ICTA.
Dr Upendra Mahat
Honorary Consulate of Nepal
45, Avenue Masherova
Minsk 220035
Belarus

Ref: VISA Dis-honored at Minsk Airport.

I am Mr. Indra Bahadur Gurung, ICTA head of Asia and Trainer by profession from kathmandu, Nepal. I did obtained a valid VISA and Medical Insurance from Embassy of Belraus, New Delhi. I went to New DELHI myslef to get Visa. I arrived at Minsk Immigration on 5th july, 2013 to attend ICTA Training Conference(Invited by ICTA World, Sponsored Dr. Mikhail Dernakovski, Belraus).
To my surprise, i was reloaded in the same flight with 3 stamps on my VISA and asked to leave for nowhere and knowing nothing at shock! i Lost my luggage as well. I had to fly to Vienna and on best of my and my sponsor's effort, i had to return back to Nepal with such humiliation and rejection. i did lose thousand of euros, time and thrown a Nepali citizen like 3rd class citizen.
On arriving Nepal after so much struggle, i emailed to the Belraus embassy in New Delhi, they are numb and no response in any form.
Dear sir, as our Representative of Nepal and Nepalese, I am sure, you would investigate the case and gain justice to fellow Nepali citizen in need of justice now. I want to honor my Visa and compensate for my expenses and image.
The case has been all around Belarus and the world as support by my Sponsor and fellow ICTA members around the world. It is raging even wilder.
Please see the link as published in one of the Belarus NewPaper:
http://news.tut.by/society/358473.html

I am very positive that you would do your best to gain me justice and protect Nepalese image at the highest.

Thanking you and looking forward to your prompt response!
