We are married in Philippines now we are in nepal we want to have a marriage visa but they dont honored our marriage certificate even its red ribbon also in nepal immigration .we ask help to the consulate of the PHilippines here in nepal she will verify it but need to go delhi india to PHilippines.As per asthe immigration officer ask in the letter.
