I am moj raj bagale doing phd in liaoning ,I like to go nepal by trough lhasa.I went 2 times through lhasa 2nd time few investigation,then I went easily so this time ,do I consult anything more?

Dear sir/madam,
I am Nepali citizen living and working legally in mainland china for last 3 years with valid residence permit. I would like to travel from Guangzhou to Lhasa by train and then from Lhasa to Kathmandu by land. I will be thankful to get some information in this regard.
