i have a nepali boyfriend and were planning to get married in phillipines..he is single of course i know becoz i have met his brother and talked to his family..i want to enquire how to getsecure a legal capacity which is formally needed..he got his passport and his original identification but this document how to obtain this i want to have this before we go back to my country they say in nepal embassy in manila they will also ask you to go nepal embassy malaysia so i need not to waste time so how?...tnks a lot
