My brother is now in turkey, some agents take him to georgia saying that they will take him to greece for good work. but they left him in turkey, now he is alone there? how to return back him to nepal?

I lost my Nepalı Passport.So ın thıs concern ı need to come to your offıce to ınform detaıl and to gaın new travell document to nepal. so can ı get your offıce address and contact numbers. And can you suggest me what to do at fırst?
