Afghanaid as international NGO working in Afghanistan , decided to send its 14 staff and beneficiareis to Nepal. can you advice us how process the visa

sir i have 5 doctors trevelling to kathmandu to attending conference so i subbmit 3 passport on friday 09sep and consulate charge pkr 300/= each passport. and on 12sep monday i submit 2 passport for visa and consulate charges pkr 400- i donot need urgent paxx traveling on 15 sep
cun you pls adv me what is the charges for visa fees in karachi xwhen the visa is gratis
