Embassy of Nepal in Canberra

No any response
I call so many time but nọt receive.I have to make my passport sa soon as possible
How can I get information the document what would needed.I have try tô conversation from 10 day but it isn’t possible.

We Nepalese don’t need Embessy in Australia
I tried to call many time to know abt my passport but looks like they are dead inside there. Nepalese people pay tax for u all idiots. If u guys can’t do ur job properly then get the hell out from Australia u don’t need lazy ass people like u in Australia. Sitai paisa khana baseka batuwa haru

They increased the fee by 500%
So I had to get a POA and last I checked it was $60 so I took $60 only to find out it was actually $300. So they decided to post an urgent increase of price . Who increases their charge 500% without any warning or date in the future. All they posted was from this date ( which was like 2 days ago) we will charge $300 for Power or attorney service which take s 5 mins to witness and sign. Wow! I have no words. Nepal is nepal for a reason. Shame on you for being that attitude here in Australia! Service was disgraceful. Thank you very much I am an Australian.

Negligent ( poor service)
I have had submitted the form and self reply envelope. After a few weeks my passport was ready. I tried to reach them but as always no answer finally after few days a lady picked up the phone and asked her about my passport. She told me that my passport is ready and I have to go to pick up to Canberra. Interesting I went to Canberra from Sydney to pick up my passport the same lady hand over me passport and self reply envelope. Why they could not post me the passport??? What they could lose??? Why I had to go all the way from Sydney to Canberra just to pick up??? I had to take day off from work and cost me time and money... Disgrace and negligent. I am glad that I am Australin

PICK UP THE PHONE !!!
what the hell is the empolyes of the embassy busy at?? let alone the services cud we expect from them, they even jus do not pick our calls. Its been two months my passport has been there but these plp are not sending it to NZ according to the process, i have no ways to contact them, HOW LONG SOULD I WAIT TILL I GET HOLD OF MY MRP. Is there any one who can answer me that.

Tried calling everyday for a past week now, and emailed several times. no reply. no nothing. DO YOUR JOB .... U have been paid for it... do what ur suppose to do! DISAPPOINTING

Are staff working somewhere else then embassy
Ridiculous have been trying to call stupid embassy for more then a month and also multiple emails. No replay of email nor receive the call. Have u guys been working somewhere else and earning money and freely getting paid by nepalese gov. Hopeless embassdor. If u can't handle the work flow give up ur responsibility to some one else who can better handle it. Go back to Nepal that's where u guys belong.

It's a shame that we are in dilemma because of some irresponsible staff..not even have time to receive calls and respond to email. If u guys are working hard then my friend we are also not sitting idle....be responsible

Tried a phcall everday more than 3 months.Please give us call back that you guys receive our passport for Mrp purpose. & also please send our passport back ASAP because it need us for various purpose.
