service delivery
I read the message and email of people in Your website . It is shameful to a person that even phone call didn't entertain the embassy. Are there nobody in embassy even to hold phone call of clients . The nation is paying to you for the service of people in foreign curency which is the the contribution of poor people. You do not see the email of people which have been sent for notice. This is the inefficiency of the ambassador of Nepalese embassy in Australia. It is not good to be a head of Embassy who can not run office to provide even simple service to people.

No response on phone calls or email
Are the people at the Embassy all dead?

How irresponsible you are?

I have been trying to make a call since last week but no response. Most of the times the line is busy - even if the ring goes no one picks it up!

Shame on you guys!

Annual Leave !
I know it must be painful when people throws their opinion and you may not know that how important you are to us.
Nepalese are paying tax not only to feed you, your family and your relatives. You should understand Nepal Government haven't pay you to have luxurious life in Canberra, I know you wouldn't like to help people because you wouldn't be bribe.

Even as if you pick up the official phone which is not provided for your personal use how great it would be. Just wonder phone always busy, ring goes could't pick up,,, what you really . I am one of Nepalese who been calling you more than 15 times a day and even send you enquiry(email)..... no response!

Are you dead or still alive?
Lucky to be Nepai citizen!!!

We don't need embassy in Australia !
Don't waste our poor country money here for your fun !
We can better contact in Nepal if you don't want to reply our call.
Please close down embassy instead of making our country look bad in front of whole world.

You are not representing our country here you are just living life like a king

NO SERVICE AT NEPALI EMBASSY!!!
Absolutely shocking. I have tried calling a billion times. Everyone must be having a spa with champagne in the billion dollar mansion house in one of the richest suburbs in Canberra.

What a waste of money. There are people who need assistance!

I hope you all lose the right stay in Australia if you have no intention of helping Nepali citizens and tourists!!

Not entirely surprised that no one received my phone call after ringing them for hours in both contact numbers for 3 days in a row, after all that is the nature of Nepalses Bureaucracy. Then i tried email which had no effect. Perhaps this is how people with no morale and ethics live, it is pity that these oxygen thieves, embaressment on name of nepalese people don't feel tiny bit of embaresment while receiving payout from Nepali government for things they don't even do.

Please answer the phone call
I am not sure why there is no one to attend the phone at
Nepali Embassy. I do not think we are getting a service that we deserve being Nepalese at Overseas.
I am not sure where the issue is but Please at least answer the phone and let us know weather our Embassy is still exist.
