Kind Attn:
The Embassy of Nepal Bangkok
Dear Sir/Madam
With due respect and humble submission, I, Kishna Bahadur Karki, resident of Pala Baglung, Nepal, beg to state that I was cheated by an Indian Mr. Manish Sharma.
This mail is related to a fraud done by Indian Citizen Namely MANNISH SHARMA for me and my other four friends. He had invited us to Bangkok and assured as for New Zealand Work Permit Visa. He charged us with 1000 USD each as advance money. We went there and stayed there for 10-15 days he informed us that he has done our work permits for NZ and we are supposed to pay his companion in Delhi the balance amount of Rs. 10 Lakh in Indian Currency.
We tried to verify the visa but his fellow mates from local came and tried to threaten us. We had to give them the balance amount in Delhi to his companion Mr. Sunny. After that they prepared our tickets to NZ via Delhi and asked us to wait there in Delhi. We were forced to leave Bangkok and we returned to Delhi. Here we waited for more than 7 days and suddenly Manish called us from Indian Number and informed us that he will be visiting us in Delhi in a day or two. We waited for him but after 4-5 days he again called from Bangkok and told us that we can go back to Nepal as our money he is not going to refund and the work has not been done. This way he and his companion betrayed us and taken away our money. According to him no one can do nothing to him and he is a big notorious of that area. With us there were around 6 more Indian candidates who came for the same NZ work Permit who again were also ditched by this greedy MANISH.
At present he is in Bangkok and his cell number is +66 8291619261/ 865577620 and his companion Mr. Jimi , whose mobile number is +66 809744406 stay along with Manish in Omini suites Aparts-Hotel , 25 SOI Shinakharintha, Srinakhantha road, Suanluang Bangkok 10250 Thailand tel 02-379-5910-2 www.omini-suites.com . For your reference I have attached the copies of Visa too.
We would appreciate if this guy is caught and at least can be sent behind bars so that in future others are not betrayed by their rackets.
We look forward to hearing from you soon
Sincerly yours
Krishna Bahadur Khatri
