Dear Madam/Sir,
I was born in Otjiwarongo and grew up in the then South West Africa. After I matriculated I left to study, got married and stayed in South Africa. I have a copy of my birth certificate and my old grey id book with my old registered address in Otjiwarongo. What am I to do to apply for Namibian Citizenship?
GOOD DAY
