How can I obtain proof of birth of my husband's grand father. William Reginald Mulligan (known as Bill). He died in Cape Town and he's death certificate states place of birth as South West Africa.
I am trying to obtain proof that he was born in Namibia.

Dear Sirs, My name is Francis Atsimbom Vitung, I live and work in Adpp Mozambique in a Teacher Training College, we are out for a DAPP visiting trips to the Southern African countries. I shall be driving the Bus that takes 37 students and 4 teachers including me across to The Republic of Namibia. We shall be there for about 2 to 3 weeks before leaving for Botwana. I wish to know the requirements that are needed for me to obtain the visa faster and the fee that I can pay and also know if I can get the visa withing a working day so we can continue to drive to the beautiful country Namibia? I was born in Swakopmund in Namabia, my mother and brothers moved to Cape Town South Africa without my father. I have not seen him since, if anybody can help find him. I would also like to get a Namibian Passport, and would like to know how I go about it.
I came in SA on 2006 since than I never went back to Namibia and my passpot is expired, its possible to renew it here in SA Namibian embassy?

I a student flat to rent out in Potchefstroom 2 km from the University of North West in Potchefstroom.
The flat consist of 2 bedrooms, shower, Kitchen fully furnished with a bran new fridge, washing machine. The bedrooms have new bed and matress. There is balcony, lounge and DSTV. Normally the flat is occupied by students from Botswana, Lesotho and Zambia.
