i am a Zambian and i want to be in Namibia for a tour...Please help me on how i can get my Visa...Thank you so much in anticipation...
foriengers who go to Walvis bay to pick up vehicles at the port are suffering at the hands of police. They are not allowed to carry any Goods even a car on top of a Truck on their export trucks & cars. They are charged N$1,000 & asked to offload in some cases if found with Goods or a co driver or owner of the vehicle prompting the drivers to move at odd hours & the results are accidents.I ask & plead with the Namibian Government who hve spent a lot to promote the use of the port of Walvis to consider at least one forieng passenger to assist the driver & foriegn & locally bought goods with Authentic receipts to be carried on these vehicles meant for export & introduce a fee instead of punishing the drivers.the walvis to Katima/ kazungula distance is too much & I have seen a number of accidents happen & have resulted into deaths due to a single driver making the trip alone.the carrying of imported Goods is also prohibited & even the Goods bought from Nambian shops.if goods bought from Namibian shops with receipts are allowed the local business houses will benefit & the Govt too will benefit from the use of the port. Let us foster trade to uplift each others lives. We need the Goods & the Namibians need the Money.
