Visa Concern Going to Namibia
Dear Sir/Madam

I am invited by the Evangelical Lutheran Church in the Republic of Namibia(ELCRN) for an International Meeting of Diaconic Managers organized by the United Evangelical Mission (UEM) in Germany. I have following concern to ask about acquiring visa and I hope you can help me:
1.I am based in the Philippines, could you approve the Visa at the Immigration Counter at Windhoek International Airport upon arrival? Or maybe
2.I already prepared all the necessary visa application requirements except for the visa payment. Where can we submit/ pay the documents? Is it ok to send it through email? Hence, I already tried to email with these addresses: secretary@namhckl.com.my & namhckl@po.jarimg.my but it failed to reach.
Your positive response will be much appreciated.
Thanks and Remain Blessed.

student visa application delay
Namibian High Commission in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

RE; please I need your assistance, regarding my Student Visa Application which has been long with Immigration of Malaysia since last year.

Dear Honourable Ambassador,

I hope this letter serves you well .I’m contacting you with regards to my – Student Visa application that has been lodged on Malaysian immigration system since last year. Since the aforementioned time, I haven’t received any staggering progress on my Visa request from the immigration and that troubles me a lot as my course intake date is drawing near.

Regarding the above mentioned, I Want you to assist me with this matter at the higher authority level, because I did realise that dealing with this matter as an individual will not take me anywhere and time is running out. I really need to get my Student approval letter as soon as possible before the closure of September \October intake.

As a student it is an integral part of my responsibility to furnish genuine and verifiable documents required standards set by the Point Based System.

I do understand that the Immigration dept. is inundated with high volume of visa applicants and for some instances the processing time may be lengthy but I am afraid the timing would not be flexible for me, that I am going to miss the class.

Your urgent attention to the matter would be really appreciated.

Sincerely,
Marth Lebeka Taupopi Namhadi

work visa
I feel humbled to have this opportunity to inform your office of my concerns.i was offered a employment by one hospital in Wslvis bay. When i came to Namibia 2 years ago i was accompanying my husband on his work permit. During that time i obtained a police clearance from my country of origin. I hve been staying in Namibia eversince save for the one time i rushed back home to attend to urgent family issues. Now that i am applying for a work visa and i am being told to obtain another police clearance report which is realy difficult for me as it is both financialy constraining and impossible as i must report for duty on the girst of November. I have a report from my country and a new police report in Namibia. What can i do. Please help

Acknowledgement - Namibian Police Clearance
I am a Zimbabwean citizen currently staying in Australia. Having worked and stayed in Namibia, I applied for a Namibian Police Clearance through your mission in Malaysia.
This serves to confirm and acknowledge that I received my Police Clearance in Good Order.
I would therefore like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire staff at the Namibian High Commission Kuala Lumpur for their professionalism and for assisting in this regard.

Once again Thank you.
