We wish to import Namibian made liquor from SA but are denied SADC preferential rates of duty. We are told only SA is excluded from exporting goods made in member SADC countries under preference. Could you please find out from your Zimbabwean counterparts why this technicality which defeats promotion of trade among member states is in place. My email tndlovu@supplies.co.zw.
