I'm a South African and I'd like to know if I need a VISA to visit Maputo?

I visited Maputo in 2010 for the first time, I fell in love with the people and the place. I went back in 2011 as a Pastor and stayed in DOWA, TETE and lived among the poor and now want to go back and plant a church, I hope it will be easy because God wants to help His people in that country.
I went to Maputo the weekend for the last time, the police is like a pack of hungry wolves, when it comes to bribery of tourists.
It cost me R2000 to get rid of the corrupt officers for simple things like seatbelts or a elbow out of car, while thousands of locals drive without seatbelts and drinking!!!!!!!
I have started a Medical Aid business in Mozambique. I also have patients. I need doctors contact that patients can visit.
