Moz work permits for South African
Can someone get a work permit in moz if they have a minor offense on their police clearance?

The gentleman and his friends had a R100 fine for having weed of 0.6 of a gram on them.

Will Mozambique approve a work permit for him? As it was a very minor offense?

I have finished my matric and I passed very well but I can't go to a tertiary institutions because I don't have an ID.
I was born in Mozambique in Inhambane. My parents moved to South Africa in 2000 and they took us(me and my sister) in 2001 to come stay with them. We started school here from primary school until we got to highschool whereby I got to write my matric and passed well enough to be awarded a bursery to study further but since I dont have an ID and my documents are not so good,I failed to get a bursery or apply for tertiary. I need to know how I can be allowed to achieve my goals,my sister is in grade will be in grade eleven next year and I finished my matric last year (2013) Plz anyone who can assist me,I will also try getting in touch with u telephonically..
