Is it possible for a Brazilian to get a visa in your embassy? He is now residing in the Philippines and serving as a missionary in a religious-based rehabilitation. May i request for an information about basic requirements on applying for tourist visa to your country. I am planning to visit a church in Mozambique. Please let me know the cost of applying, requirements in applying, and how many days that the visa will be released. It is very important to me to know the number of days for the release of tourist visa, since I am here in the Philippines then I must go to Hongkong to apply visa. I've got employer and signed a contract from them already where their company was base in Mozambique.
