I agree w/you J Jay. I live in LA. I had asked the Moroccan embassy to renew my passport to go visit my sister who lost her 3 years old daughter. They told me that I have to sent all the papers to New York. I did and sent all what they asked for(I spent almost $80.00 on express mail)They called me told me that I have to be there for fingers print. COULD IT BE EASIER IF THEY TOLD ME IN THE FIRST TIME THAT I HAVE TO BE THERE.
Bad Service, unprofessional, Incompetent staff.
