Dear concerned, I am a filipina married to a moroccan man and we have a daughter I delivered in the Philippines. Her immediate citizenship is filipino by birth but we would like to register her as a moroccan citizen. Me and my husband work in Dubai but the consulate here said that for children born in Asia Japan would have to process my child's registration. The consulate of morocco in the Philippines is asking us for the original family book from my husband but my husband says it is not possible to take. We need help as my daughter is already 2years old and my husband would like to have her registered as a moroccan national
