no visa stickers
I have been in the industry for 28 yeaars and have never had to deal with such an imcompetent embassy. Why can they not be taken too task - taking passengers money but not interested in issuing the visa in the stipulated period as they have run out of visa stickers. Revert to a rubber stamp then!!!!!. Why in the world would we want to visit their country if they treat the tourists in this manner. Have to
advise the cruise companies to exclude
them from their itineraries in future

visa application
i am very disappointed with the service of your embassy. the telephones are never answered and eventually when i did get through i was told that you do not accept eft transfers into your bank account for visa applications. i was to send cash with my passport.you will understand that this is unacceptably risky if the passport is "lost" with the cash all my other ravel arrangements will be compromised. i am now having to have the visa processed by visa express in cape town at an additional r1100 for the two passports. this is an unnecessary expense and i have no choice. i am very unhappy and disappointed by this especially as i am only going to be in casablanca for six hours and agadir for six hours as part of a cruise. next time i wont even bother to disembark and just stay on the liner
not a way to encourage visitors i assure you!!!!

does anybody ever answer the phone??????????????
can the morrocco embassador in pretoria please employ somebody to answer the telephones. here in south africa we start life/business at 8am in the morning.if you people cannot afford to employ somebody then please go to a nearby mosque and ask for funds. im sure people will gladly donate money to your embassy to employ somebody to answer the phones. can the embassador also advise if the embassy takes these comments seriously as the complaints appear to be repetitive and nothing seems to be done about them????????extremely diasappointed

DISGUSTED BY TELEPHONIC SERVICE
I AGREE WHOLEHEARTEDLY WITH DAWOOD AND WOULD REQUEST LEAH TO STOP BEING AN APOLOGIST FOR SUCH STROPPY AND INHUMANE SERVICE. I HAD THE UNFORTUNATE EXPERIENCE OF HAVING ENCOUNTERED A VITRIOL RIDDEN DISCUSSION BY AN INDIVIDUAL WHO OUGHT TO HAVE BEEN EMPLOYED AT A ZOO IN GAUTENG RATHER THAN AT AN EMBASSY. NO RESPECT OR COURTESY WHATSOEVER FOR SOUTH AFRICAN TOURISTS WHO WISH TO VISIT MOROCCO. THIS TYPE OF BEHAVIOUR AT A DIPLOMATIC FORUM IS BAD BAD BAD PUBLICITY FOR MOROCCO. THIS GUY MUST DEFINITELY BE SENT BACK TO THE STREET CORNERS OF MOROCCO WHERE HE RIGHTLY BELONGS.
