I have iranian passport and while i am visiting paris ,i want to travel to morocco , and because i have iranian passport i want to know how long does the visa takes?

I am a citizen of Paraguay and currently visiting Paris, France for a few months. I would like to spend time in Morocco and would like to know if can I apply for a Moroccon visa while I'm in Paris? If so, please provide details as to what are the requirements.
