Forget these people
I can understand why green card holder are still attached to Morocco and Moroccan consulat ! But those of you with Americain passports why do you still call them?
They don't answer anyway ! And the service suck forever - it was a day when it was good back in late 70s and mid 80s ..Now , try to get your citizenship and get rid of your Moroccan passport and everything associated with Morocco - if you want to visit Morocco you need only your American passport ! They know who you are ! Without any carte National ! you came to America to get yourself out of Morocco ! Because all the reasons we all know ( lack of work , injustice , poor family etc..) - So why are you going back ? Get on with your life , enjoy and forget Moroccan embassy or consult !

Contact telephonique du service consulaire est TRES MEDIOCRE.
Si le personnel de consulat du Maroc ne peux pas répondre aux appels téléphoniques des MRE, cela veux dire qu'il y'a un problème de ressources humaines ou bien un manque de gestion de la technologie. Il ne faux pas en vouloir à ces fonctionnaires qui sont,à la fois, mal payés et mal formés. Sincèrement je ne vœux pas être à leur place. Je peux dire qu'il n'y a pas de différence entre Mouqata'a, dar l khiifa ou arrondissement et consulat du Maroc. Quand on peux appeler un service consulaire du Maroc et avoir une réponse humaine au lieu d'une boite vocale qui n'a jamais de suivi? Les gens appellent le consulat pour savoir si leur passeport ou bien carte d'identité est prêt ou pas, D'ailleurs votre site est très élémentaire. Le site à besoin de grande amélioration. J'aurais aimé que ces services consulaires ne donnent plus l'occasion à des commentaires pareils. Mais hélas .

We need a moroccan consulat in usa,, I mean a real one
I have been trying to call the moroccan consulate so many time, but no one answers, even the mail box is full, this is rediculous! why these people dont feel like working? who are we gonna contact with to help us? All I need is some informations about how and what I need to renew my passport!! Why is it too complicated? You guys need to be more organized! And hire some people they want to work.
