Dear Roza
He must bring his bachelorhood cert and go to the Ministry of Foreigner affaires in Rabat to stamp first....then with that cert the Moroccan Embassy in Malaysia will issue the letter which will be one of the documentations for Nikah procedures. It s bit complicated to get married nowdays...hahaha
