We always visit Sudan with business visa. Recently we are going to Morocco for business trip.I am wondering if Chinese (with Chinese mainland visa) could apply for Morocco visa in Morocco Embassy in Sudan Embassy?
What are the requirements and documents needed?
How long will it take?

There is no official website or even an email to contact the embassy, and the staff behaviour and attitude on the phone is not acceptable.

I applied for tourist visa & completed all the documents required since september,15th.2012 now is 25th,march.2013 allmost 6 monthes till now i didn't get any response whenever i call ididn't get any answer just not show up is it take more than 6 monthes to get answer either agree or refused.even the staff behavior & response is not clear .
انا مواطنة مغربية عملت ورقة زيارة لسوداني ارسلتها له لكن رفضوها وقالوا لي لازم امشي لوزارة الخارجية بالمغرب يرسلوها لهم عبر الفاكس لما مشيت قالوا لي هدا غير صحيح ارسلي الورقة عبر البريد كل جهة تقول كلام عكس الاخرى ارجوكم ساعدوني وشكرا

I'm field work of MSF ( doctor without border) in South Sudan project. I'm Chinese nationality. I will be traveling to Morocco for two weeks for vacation in the end of Oct. I would like to know the information about how to get Morocco visa while I'm in South Sudan. Highly appreciate your help.
