I am a Pakistani national student doing PhD at University of Sydney, Australia, I need some information can anyone guide me.
Please provide me some details of documents required for marrying a Moroccan girl.
I collected one list which shows number of documents required (list is attached herewith the mail), some of them are difficult to understand for me.
please guide me, how and from where to get these.
1. Certificate of capacity to contract marriage.
Q. what kind of certificate is needed, should i get it on some specified form?
2. Exact from birth registration.
Q. Is it birth certificate, normally used in Pakistan?
3. Certificate of nationality.
Q We have national Identity card in Pakistan and domicile certificate, is it any of them or some other documents?
4. criminal record.
Q. should I get police clearance certificate from the nearest police station of my residence?

i am a moroccan citizen, married to a Pakisstani citizen. my hasband lived in Dubai for 8 years withme and my two babies. he was obliged to exit because of some personal problems. me and my babies still in dubai. last yesar my hasband applied for at ourist visa because he wanted to see me and my babies. but after many weeks the visa is rejected without any mentioned reason. i want to know why my hasband couldn't not reach me in my country even i provided all the papers reuested by your consulate. i have right to see my hasband and my babies also and my hasbnad have right to see my familly and my country. sicnec we married we could he coudn't see my familly as we married in Dubai. i am sure you know about private sponsorship in Dubai in its problems. i assure that my husband is a very good person and clean mind and also very humanist person and morocco should not afraid from such person. our embasador should help us moroccan girl to live easy with our conjoints and provide us soutiens requried for that as our King may Allah save him did for us and for our children. kindly inform me what is the procedure to reapply again for him , and by the same is there a chance for him to get a moroccan passport because he likes to be near his children for ever.
