Please sir, I'm a Moroccan and I'm in Morocco right but my husband is a Nigerian he is in Morocco with me, he Visa got expired but we are married with certificate and we also had a babies together with a house of our own... now he was seeking for his residents permit and the Moroccan Immigration has refused to issues it out for him by saying that his Visa wasn't a family visa that it a visits visa and so that he should returns back to nigerian and get a new family visa before them can issues him a residents permit. So my question is its necessary it's done that way..?

I was in Morocco middle of 2015 - June. I accompanied my Boss whose elder sister choose Morocco to be the place for her birthday party. The celebrant and my boss are British but my boss lived in Nigeria for 35 years as a missionary and I worked with her as her Personal Carer and a Confidential Secretary. So I was opportune to assist her in the journey because she is on wheel chair hence would always travel with an assistant.
Locating the Moroccan visa office wasn't difficult at all and getting the visa was not stressful because all necessary documents were handy especially the letter of invitation.
