I need visa in Montenegro
Your consulate in Paris told me to ask you for a passport for one of your citizens. I am social worker and ask that for one of your citizens. Could you confirmate me that you only can deliver this passport to one who is living in France in the town of Verdun. Thanks for answer.

Drzavljanin sam Crne Gore, trenutno na studijama u Njemackoj. Prema pravilima mog master programa, u septembru treba da nastavim sa studijama u Spaniji. Imam aufenthaltstitel koji vazi do 30.Sep.2010. Moglu li ja bez vadjenja vize da udjem u Spaniju i da tamo apliciram za studentsku vizu?
