Dear Sir
My name is Romualdo Flávio DROPA and I am a brazilian citizen. I am in Moscow, today, and I intend to travel from Moscow until Beijing by means of the Transiberian railaway.
I have read that I need a Visa to enter in Mongolia, so I would like to know how can I get it. How many time it takes to be ready? I will travel to Kiev next 5 January and stay there for three days. Can I get a visa during this time?
