Dear Sirs and Madam,
I has been selected by the Asian Development Bank (ADB) to undertake a study for a ADB potentially funded project for improvement of higher education in Mongolia. The assignment is expected to start early next year. As the result, I would like to apply for a multi entry visa to Mongolia from Vietnam. I would greatly appreciate if you could provide us the procedure how to obtain multi entry Visa to Mongolia, how long it may take? I would also appreciate if you could let me know the most convenient way to travel to Mongolia from Vietnam.
