Dear Sir/Madam:
I am Filipino citizen and presently working in China as ESL teacher. I am planning to visit
my friend working in Ulaanbataar, Mongolia in that will be next month . I must to know if I still need to apply a visa. As, what I understood, Filipino citizens no need to apply a Visa, just in the airport during arrival in Ulaanbataar, Mongolia.
Please give me an answer if I am right.
