Dear Mr Kilroy
Living in Exile in Co. Kildare, Ireland for the past 18 years, I wish to Travel with my Longtime Irish Partner on holiday to Monaco.
I am an holder of a Geneva 1951 Travel Document issued by the Irish Government with an expiring date of 2023. My Partner travel with an ~Irish Passport.
Do I need a Visa? and how long may it take to obtain one. I have Bank proof that I have enough funds, and also proof of owing my own farm and Pharmaceutical Company.
