Caution for new member:
- You need to arrange your visa by yourself. Moderator or other group members really cannot help you for this.

Moderator or other senior and experienced group members only can give you some tips, advice and few guidelines for the issue of Visa, Ticket and immigration from their past travel experience-------if you asked their help!!!

My name is Tuul Purev (Ms) and I am writing on behalf Mongol Em Impex Concern Co.,ltd in Ulanbator, Mongolia.
Our CEO (Ms. Bolormaa Batbayar) and I (project manager) were planning to go on business trip to Moldova from 22d Jan to 25th Jan to explore business opportunities that Tetis International Pharma Co.,ltd of Moldova was inviting us for last 2 years.
As we planned our trip to Moldova this year in January and submitted all the required visa documents it has returned already twice that need additional letters and so on.
But at the last moment we could get the visa of type C (22 Jan-25Jan, 2013).
Now, would you be kindly explained that due to returning our visa documents twice at the Beijing office our air tickets were cancelled (expired the buying period) and the reason is that we cannot make the trip on planned date.
Would you kindly consider above reason and extend our visas kindly?
For your information, now the closest ticket we can buy is from 9th-13th Feb, 2013 and our visa need to be extended until the dates.
Your urgent reply will be highly appreciated.
