To Whom It May Concern, I have just informed that honorable the embassy of Mexico in Tehran nominated Master's program scholarship to the war-turned country (Afghanistan) where the education is not higher than bachlor's, any way, I have done Bachlor in Medicine in Afghanistan and have been looking for a scholarship to do Master's, it is my pleasure to apply for the metioned period in Mexico, so I kindly request to have more information and details if possible, and also I like to apply through the your office if you don't mind, because I do not beleive on scholarship distribution through Afghan authorities.
Note: I have just sent an Email to UGTO university in Mexico too.

mexican visa for pakish people is almost impossible , that's as hard as US visa
