Extremely bad service!
The people who work here are very rude. They need to learn the meaning of customer service and be of help to those who go there.

To Galina
First at all I don't work for the Mexican Consulate but I can assist you with the information you're requesting. Also you mentioned you are a US Resident, and to answer your question about what do you need to travel to mexico first I need to know, Where are you from originally?

Very Rude Customer Service
The Customer service here sucks. They think they have the best job in the world and can treat others like they are nothing. Please people that work here don't be rude to your own kind.

Los trabajadores de aqui se creen que son los mejores en el mundo. Yo tengo mas educacion que ellos, y se creen superiores.

Traveling to Mexico
As a U.S. Citizen we fly into Mazatlan with now problem, but of course a Passport is required.
We have friends that drive and they need to show their passport also. I hope that answers someone's question.

I called the Mexican Consulate to sign up for an FM 2 account
but the message on the phone was in Spanish and we don't speak Spanish.
We own a condo in Mazatlan, and we want an FM2 for when we sale our condo. I'm wondering if I call earlier in the day, if there will be someone that answers and speaks English? Thank you, Lynn
